Zat\u00edmco nadm\u011brn\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gain.health\/articles\/autophagie-erklart-warum-ist-sie-so-wichtig\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">autofagie<\/a> m\u016f\u017ee zes\u00edlit degeneraci tk\u00e1n\u00ed, nedostatek autofagie tak\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k degenerativn\u00edm proces\u016fm. Sekvenov\u00e1n\u00ed RNA 260 vybran\u00fdch gen\u016f spojen\u00fdch s autofagi\u00ed, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gain.health\/articles\/autophagie-erklart-warum-ist-sie-so-wichtig\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mitofagi\u00ed<\/a> a sign\u00e1ln\u00ed dr\u00e1hou mTOR odhalilo zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 korelace s mitochondri\u00e1ln\u00ed funkc\u00ed a fyzickou v\u00fdkonnost\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na rychlost\u00ed b\u011bhu na 400 metr\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee geny, kter\u00e9 se p\u0159\u00edmo pod\u00edlej\u00ed na autofagii, nem\u011bly zd\u00e1nliv\u011b velk\u00fd vliv na funk\u010dnost na\u0161ich sval\u016f ve st\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Tak\u00e9 ovlivn\u011bn\u00ed sign\u00e1ln\u00ed dr\u00e1hy mTOR, kter\u00e1 \u0159\u00edd\u00ed bun\u011b\u010dn\u00fd r\u016fst, se uk\u00e1zalo jako slibn\u00e9 pro zlep\u0161en\u00ed svalov\u00e9 v\u00fdkonnosti u star\u0161\u00edch lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Tyto v\u00fdsledky zpochyb\u0148uj\u00ed v\u0161e, co jsme dosud v\u011bd\u011bli o Foxo1.
